Tickets
Tickets are available both at the ticket office and online on our website and other intermediary websites.
Individuals with a disability certificate can purchase discounted tickets upon presenting the appropriate documentation. The price of such a ticket is 20/25 zloty. In case an accompanying caregiver is required, they are also entitled to purchase a discounted ticket at the same price.
Unfortunately, in accordance with our policy, purchased tickets are final and non-refundable. However, as part of our flexibility, we are willing to offer an alternative visit date should you be unable to use your originally purchased ticket.
Unused online tickets are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. They can be used at any time within this period without prior reservation.
Yes, at every exhibition, there is a store where LEGO® sets are available. We offer a wide selection of products for fans of all ages, from the latest series to classic sets. Our store is the perfect place to find the ideal gift or to expand your collection with unique figurines and exclusive sets.

Saturdays: 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM 10:00–20:00

The time needed to explore the exhibition may vary - some spend 20 minutes here, while others enjoy the exhibition for an hour.
Pets are allowed to accompany their owners during the visit, provided they are calm and do not disturb other guests. The owner is fully responsible for any damages caused by the pet. In cases where there are many people in the facility, the staff may restrict access to animals, so it is advisable to contact the reception prior to the planned visit.

Group Tours
Due to a separate booking schedule for groups, we recommend advance notice for group visits. There is a possibility that groups arriving without prior reservation may not be accommodated in case of high visitor traffic.
The ticket fee can be paid at the ticket office before starting the tour, so we recommend arriving a few minutes early. We accept both cash and card payments.
If needed, we are ready to issue an invoice. For those who prefer payment by bank transfer before the visit date, we offer the option of issuing a pro forma invoice. To do this, please send the institution's details (name, address, tax identification number) to our email address.

In the event that the group is late for the scheduled visit, the possibility of entering the exhibition will depend on the presence of other groups at the same time. If the exhibition is not occupied by another group at that moment, late guests will be able to start the tour. Otherwise, it may be necessary to wait for other groups to finish their visit.
